Rogue Mission and Experience:

Rogue Academy prides itself on being a professional environment to come and train.

Our facility is located at 6460 Suite A Dobbin Road in the same shopping center as the MVA express in Columbia MD.

Come wait for class to begin in our lobby waiting area with couches and a full kitchenette before heading into our fitness studio for one of our yoga classes, then when it’s time for grappling walk down the hall to our mat room where we hold various group classes.

We focus on having a clean and healthy environment for our members so they can 100% focus on their training and goals!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

  1. Health: BJJ keeps you healthy by increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, cardio and burning more calories than your traditional gym session.
  2. Self-Defense: BJJ teaches a safe, simple and realistic way to defend yourself from a would-be attacker.
  3. Builds Confidence: Every time you step on the mat you are going to be challenged mentally, physically, and socially. That’s how BJJ helps you gain confidence, focus, and discipline.

Absolutely not! At Rogue Academy our coaches work with students of all ages and we teach people with varying levels of physical fitness.

All of our exercises, drills, and sparring can be tailored to fit your fitness goals and our members can get into great shape while learning new skills!

Our group fitness classes are also a great way to work on improving your overall fitness.

One of the main goals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the use of technique and leverage to control, protect, and even submit a much larger opponent, making it a fantastic tool for females to train and learn how to protect themselves.

Our classes are formatted to work for all size and strength levels, no matter your gender.

Whether you are new to martial arts, new to BJJ, or an experienced practitioner, you will learn and grow with the rest of the Rogue Academy family.
