Instructor led group fitness classes are fantastic options to work on your health without the guess work required in self paced or self run training. Our instructors do the work of planning your regiment of movements and exercise before you arrive so all you need to do is show up and put in the work!
HIIT for all ages: High-intensity training broken down into five separate five-minute rounds. Work your way through a variety of strength and conditioning stations as you push your cardio to the limit! Can you make it through the Championship Rounds?
A beginner group fitness class intended to help people new to physically active classes work their way up and begin building the foundation of their fitness journey. A great class if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or if you’re getting back into the swing of things after some time off.
