Meet Our Resident Yogi, Keileen
Keileen is certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Kin Yoga at all levels and has incorporated music/sounds to allow her class to feel the vibrations with each breath they take. She has a strong passion for teaching others to have a better connection with their body, mind, and soul. Through her practice she allows everyone to feel welcomed and comfortable where they are able to come as they are and feel at home. Being in an environment that is accepting, and open minded allows for individuals to better express themselves whole heartedly and give them the opportunity to challenge themselves in ways they would have never imagined.
